    Mudman & Moss Maiden, the Heligan Giant from Cornwall England

    The Moss Maiden and her Giant friend reside in the Lost Gardens of Heligan, near Mevagissey in Cornwall. The two sculptures were created by Artist Sue Hill and her brother Pete Hill. In the photos the giant looks alive…the shape of his eye sockets and eye balls are so compelling.

    How To Make A Clay Pot Fountain

    A few weekends ago my husband and I made this super easy clay pot fountain. We love water features, and  love the sound of running water in our compact backyard.

    This Japanese Forest Home Is Cuter Than Any Hobbit House

    While it looks like it belongs in the Shire, this enchanting fairytale home actually exists in Japan. Named "Jikka," the home is made up of five small hut-like structures joined together to form a single house. Japanese architect Issei Suma says he designed Jikka to be "something as unembellished as a primitive hut and something as holy as a chapel."
